Anyone in Adelaide have an EFI manifold from a Rodeo or NA Piazza for sale? Manifold only, no injectors, plenum or fuel rail etc necessary. |

Whats wrong with a Turbo Piazza manifold? Aren't they the same as the NA variant anyway? They probably have bigger injectors though, which cant hurt. |

Nah, the NA and Rodeo are quite a bit bigger at the injector end. The Standard Piazza is smaller in diameter than standard late model head ports (dont ask me why, possibly to restrict power) and tend to narrow down. Im having problems revving past 5500rpm, and its either too small ports, or too small injectors. Im going to try some 3.0 Commodore injectors first, but was just seeing how hard the Rodeo manifolds are to come by. |

If the turbo manifold has smaller ports, then it could only be to increase throttle response by increasing air velocity. I cant imagine anyone ever trying to limit power on purpose, unless there is a tradeoff like increased low rpm throttle response.
If you think your injectors are too small, get a mulitmeter with a duty cycle function and hook it up to an injector, if they are not at 100%, then you still have room to play with. You could always increase the fuel pressure aswell.
What engine are you using? What efi system? |

The rodeo manifold should have the same port spacing as the G160 head, the twincam is slightly different. If you have no throttle body, Im pretty sure a JD camira will fit the twincam manifold (provided its the one with a rectangular stud spacing) |
