Guy and if applicable chicks. I am in desperate need of new rings and bearings for me tf 1.6ltr isuzu motor or i need a price for a recon 1.6 ltr with NO OIL LEAKING Smile i am gettin so sick of having to top up my oil in me gemmy its like every hour i am toping it up again cause she will run dry in about 1 hr man ..

Don't know about a new engine, but if you're up to it you could change the rings yourself. A set of top quality chrome moly rings is about $60 or so, and therefore I guess would save you some cash, if you have the time to do the work yourself.
You just have to make sure that the piston bores are in good condition.

best bet iz to buy a re-ring kit AFTER you pull the motor down and find the size of relevant rings/bearings b4 ordering your kit.... and use gasket goop!!!!
