The 4ZC1 would probably be the easiest conversion, you can use the standard engine mounts and it produces 110kw in standard form. You'll need a front cut prices are around $2000, then you'll need fuel pumps, lines etc. if you can do the work yourself it shouldn't cost any more than $3000. As for interior it depends on what you want. |

as a first car?
drive around a bit and see what a good learning experience it can be to have a car thats not overpowered...
a small car with alot of power can be very hard to handle... and stop. |

Amen!
High-performance car, the death of many an unexperienced young man.
Besides, the things you learn about cornering faster and handling a car are invaluable. In my experience, those who drive powerful cars to start with can't do anything except nail it in a straight line. |

Hence the popularity of drags.
Corners are way more fun, you can't drift on a straight road! hehehe |

Corners are probably more fun for you as that is probably the only time you can break traction, the only reason you can't drift on a straight road is lack of skill, and horse power. |
