well all you really have to do is get hardened valves, not valve seat as the alloy heads need stelllite valve seats. or you can just run uynleade till a valve brns

Geminis will run on unleaded no sweat, but use PULP instead of ULP. Higher octane = more go and smoother running.
You don't really have to do anything to get a Gem to run on unleaded.

I run mine on PULP (usually Mobil) and it runs fine and revs hard. Although EVLGEM has got me wondering about the life of my valves now....

well i run utlimate 98 in mine atm with sigma valves and they look fine. if you are still using the stock valves go and get some good valves from EVL or stainless stell ones they will last for ever

All this trouble for nothing. The valves and the valve seats in a std Gemini head are already using the the right gear to run on unleaded fuel so don't waste your money on replacing something that doesn't need replacing. If you only want to run your car on std unleaded you will need to lower your compression or use premium unleaded to prevent pinging.
