I am not sure about the weber you describe, I have never heard of a 37/36, do you mean 32/26? Is is a DGV? If not, whats it off??
Wehn you place an air box on top of the carb, the bowl vents will see the same pressure as in the airbox, which is virtually the same pressure as the compressor outlet. Thus, problem solved. Unless the weber you describe does not have the bowl vent directly in front of the air intake.
