i want to start of saying that this is is awesome, but my gemini, a 1983 sedan is quite riddled with rust. It is mainly in the roof and in the area around the front wheel archers. Is this a common thing? does everyone elses geminis rust in the same spots? if noit, where do they rust?
i love to know so if im going to buy another then i can tell where to llok for the main areas of rust
cheers

Depends where you are in OZ too. If you're near the coast these babies rust and corrode from the high salt content. I have come across Geminis further inland with little to no rust.
I have seen the rear doors go on the curve around the rear wheel arch, water can get trapped within the door. Also rear arches rust in sedans and coupes if C pillar vents leaking or if inner guard rusted. |
