Today I was heartbroken. Some bastard reversed into my baby!! Not too much damage though, just a dent in the drivers door under the mirror. He had the nerve to tell me that I was in the wrong and wouldn't give me any of his license details. So after he left I went into the shop that he was just at, and told them what happened. They gave me his business card that he had just given to them. He's going down... Like hell I'm gonna let him get away with it. Serves him right for being such a prick to me!

Hmmmm... I think the courts call that "leaving the scene of an accident". Go get him Amy.
Word of advice, (take it or leave it) take some photos of the damage to your car, the place it happened and write down as much information you can remember. I got stung by a guy that partially changed lanes infront of me going 20kph slower on the freeway in the wet. Ended up going to court 18 months later and his legal aid painted me as a hoon who just drove up thew back of him for no reason.......the magistrate sided with him. $700 out of pocket!!
