Can anyone tell me what "kicker" brand subs and amps are like? Are they any good, average or shit??

expensive usually = pretty good

kicker = expensive

So 2x 10" subs + amp for $300 would be a good buy - brand new still in boxes!!

You'll have to excuse my enthusiasm, i've still only got the original single speaker mono stereo in my Gemmi - DOH!!
But yeah, their a steal at that price...

yeah, but those are big price and big name subs mate. Kicker do exactly what the name sez. and if u can pick em up cheep, then fuckin go for it!!!!!

yeah ok now you have 2 subs but whats the power rating of the amp and is it a 2 or 3 or 4 channel amp? now you need some midrange to make it sound right. subs give you depth in tour system but it all sounds wrong without the rest of the music.

Kicker make good amps & subs. They are a little pricey though.

I'd go for JL AUDIO!!!

fuckin hell have a cry!!! he is buying them cos its a bargen. fuck. cut sick at him why dont u cos he dont have all the component shit. fuck i didnt buy mine all at one go and its a 140db+ system

Everyone chill - I'm running good quality Pioneer gear as it is now and have the choice of a rockford fosgate amp for $315 - 600watts of good power - or Kicker amp & 2 x10" subs for $400 (wouldn't come down to $300) I think I'll go the rockford amp and check the subs someone was selling on here the other week. After all the rockford amp retails for $899 on it's own. CommentS??
