| just a querry, thinking about 2.6 litre turbo for van. i know i need to upgrade brakes, is the rod shops conversion just to the stub axles for dirrerent calliper and rotor set up or is there also modifications to the front end crossmember? any info will be appreciated. thanks andy. |

I'd like to know too. I am doing a 2.3L turbo into a van.
Opinions on which is better:
Castlemaine Rod Shop conversion
or
Gemi Spares? Camry & Volvo conversion

| i have nearly finished an FJ20DET conversion and have upgraded my brakes to volvo rotors and calipers. The conversion is quite simple. It just uses sleaves for the standard gemi bearings, like the ROD SHOP. You hav to upgrade your mastercylinder bore size too. Anymore q's just ask. |

| sounds good so whats the price up against the commodore set up from the rod shop? |
