probably you have a panel or something which has a harmonic at the frequency at 100km/h. all you can do is try to find out what it is and make it a bit heavier or damp it. a bit of silicone on the panel etc should do the trick, IF you can find what it is... |

had the same prob on my TE, and just recently solved it on the wagon too. During the recent sorta rebuild we replaced the wheel bearings and also had the tailshaft re balanced. If it's at that speed on;y it means that is something that spins at a certailn rpm. If it was anything else it'd only do it at that rpm in any gear. ie say u r doin 3500 rpm at 105 kays, then at 3500 in 2nd gear it would also do it. However the tailshaft and wheels on;y spin that fast @ 105 kays regardless of engine rpm. If it gets worse when u steer either left or right a bit it's the wheels bearings.
Get them done anyway, doesn't hurt to and ur stubs will thank u. |

if u have lovered ya car then it most probably be the tail shaft. iv had it happen to 4 geminis and i experimented over and over and thats what i found it to be. u just have to put up with it. if not it will be ya tourqu tube center bearing/rubber _________________

is it more the rpm?
if its 105km/h ONLY then it has to be the tyres.
if its 4000 rpm then its a pannel/loose bolt etc. |
