i just got my car running after i put in a g200. the tappests sounded like they neened adjusting but they were set corectly, anyway last night i was reving around 5 grand and i lost power but it was still running. i went and raced my friend a few times each time i lost worse. on the way home it was blowing alot of smoke and miss firing a little. i opened the bonnet and found oil which had sprayed out from under the inlet side and toward the back of the motor near cylinder 3 and 4. i havent driven it since but im taking it to the mechanic to see what he thinks tomorrow.
does anyone know what it could be or has it happened to you? |

could be only a fucked head gasket...or at worst a stuffed piston. i have only just rid myself of my own oil problems,so i know the feeling.
if in doubt, check the head gasket. |

If its not coming out of the rocker cover, then you have most likely blow the head gasket which is leaking oil from the real oil drain or from the middle oil gallery.
Either that, or you have a hole in your block. Is there a conrod sticking out? If so, then is not good. |
