This is the EVO III of my Gemini experiences.
Shell was stripped to bare metal, sand blasted, fully seam welded and strengthened around mount points, double skinned exposed floor points, double skinned diff points. Extensive CDS cage work with brace's to turrets and cross-member done by Rod Kilby. All work done with reference to the Gemini build manual and new parts. Full nolethatne bush kit used throughout vehicle. Bilstein Opel competition suspension and King springs front and rear. Rear spring bush insert setup.
Front and rear RTS sway bars in place with nolethane
Pagid Blue front pads with 3 event old discs and one event rear Race Brakes pads.
Engine rebuilt and sealed with Gemini tags and also with new TX head 5 events old. Diff Rebuilt at end of 2001 3 events old.
Dual terratrip probes with dual pickup on front wheels.
New upper and lower ball joints and strengthened arms, 0 kilometres on them.
H4 Headlight inserts with 100 / 120 bulbs.
Alternator rebuilt at beginning of 2001.
Oil and volt supplementary gauges, Terraphone, maplight, fused separate accessory switches, Tacheometric fuel cutoff solenoid, Odyssey light weight battery
New H/D brass 4 puck clutch, H/D Radiator, Exhaust and Gearbox with new synchros, bearings and cast selector forks all 1 event (Ulladulla) old.
Structural sump guard with reinforcing bars.
2 x 6 point Luke FIA approved harnesses with quick release belt ends.
2 pack Acedian Blau paint outside and painted Bluebell Lusterthane interior and underside.
TE wiring loom, with rear demister and Extra gauges
20 wheels and tyres, some with rally inner tubes, 16 alloy 2 tyres 1 stage old.
Spare virgin block, a number of TX Heads, inlet and twin exhaust manifolds. Trailing arms, panhard rods, steering racks, TX Steel torque tubes, doors, boot lids, bonnets, guards, front valance and headlight radiator section cut from vehicle, rear glass, spare diesel box, front crossmember, gauge sets, fuel tank, standard bushes, rear spring insert bushes, handbrake bits, drums, disks, stub axles and brake setups, TX lower control arms, TX Heater cores and boxes, brake lines, switches and instrument stalks, fuse and relay boxes, plus a shirt load more.
Price is negotiable but will depend on what spares you want and take if you decide to buy....
