I dont know whats going on but she aint running or idling right.
I had to get an electric fuel pump and so now its in the boot and yesterday it wasnt pumnping enuf petty through. It should be pissing out shouldnt it?
Also dad thinks hes got that fixed (its working now) and so when idling or attemping to rev it, it misfires sometimes a just dies. The whole motor wobbles like mad when idling and well be fucked if we know what it is.
Suggestions?

if its not that you've got either a stuck or bent valve (in which case you will need to rebuild the head), or u might have a crack in the inlet manifold which is not letting it idle. This would cause a vacuum pressure drop that wont allow a correct mixture of fuel and air to be let in to the combustion chamber.
Before checking all this tho, check your leads, plugs and firing order on dizzy should be 1-3-4-2 in case u dont know and gemmy's fire anticlockwise
good luck |
