I own a 1981 rodeo with a g160 engine in it I was wondering how much a turbo conversion would cost me and what sort of power increase should I expect i was also wondering what added modifications will have to be carried out prior to or after the turbo and are there any people that offer a package easyly accesable (like mail order) as i live in toowoomba (small village bout 150 kms from brisbane) |

ok dude im turbo charging a gemini G161 , ok first these are the things u will need ok, piazza turbo manafold and yeh jsut any turbo or the piazza turbo, um 2litre head to drop the compression down or get decompression plate made up, 2litre oil pump or high volume oil pump to pump oil to the turbo. um and yeh jsut the plumbing and depending if u are gonna do carby fed or efi, i am just running a carby system on mine and maybe after a while go efi but i am jsut gonna run blow through and hooking it up the same as efi but usising a carby and the plumbing will go onto the carby. probably gonna get a 45-50mm down or side draught webber or dellorta. ok dude, later |
