do the pedals have to be changed when doing a manual to auto conversion or can i still leave the three pedals but with no clutch cable attached...

no the clutch pedal can stay there but i dont know why you'd want it there cos itll get annoying

get a manual licence cos it will cost less and will give you more freedom and will stop you driving a slushbox your whole life. also manuals are more fun.

that's the way, i'm a L plater, and when i got in my mums auto, 2 drive for first time, was boring as fuck, then i started driving my dad 2002 toyota hiace, is sik fun, shit thing is it goes better that my gem (2.4 efi)which has had no battery since i got my L's, so haven't really driven it much. boring my g161 to a 1.8 soon so yeah.., hopefully i'll be able to beat a standard van.

manuals are way better. try snatching an auto. hahaha
oh and the bloke that was wondering about leaving the clutch in, don't bother, if your changing it to an auto then the clutch without the cable will just fly around everywhere and piss you off.

yeah thanks.... i took it out. didnt realize it was that easy.
