you are looking at about 2500 for a halfcut. that is a 13b turbo. no idea about the na ones. |

ohh yeha forgot to say i dont want a turbo rota cause thats defintaly guna cost a heap for isurance, was thinken just a straight rota 3rd party insuracne. also would it be cheaper to buy a rx thats been in a smash and like killed the ass or a halfcut?

i have no idea what it will cost to insure, im not planning on insuring it for a while, but what i will do is get 3rd party property (just in case my brakes dont work as well as the rotary does ). i will get it all engineered, but im not in a hurry to do this cause im not going to really drive it all that much. an insurance company wont touch the car unless its engineered!!!!!!
as for a 1/2 cut, u wont find a na engine these days, every thing is turbo'd now. u'r best bet would be to buy a written off rx7 or sumthing, at least then u will get all the bits and pieces u will need for the conversion. i brought my motor off a mate, which was just rebuilt for $500, but after that ive needed to buy so many more bits and pieces to get it running, thats why if u found a written off rx it would be so much easier.
if u got ne questions email me at:

cheers mate. |
