i had mine reconditioned at rising sun imports, it was a g161 that got reconditioned, cost me 1700, goes fairly had now with no other mods to the engine. it all probably ranges in price to how much u want done to it.

A larger capacity oil pump shouldn't be necesarry as the G200 units are pretty decent. Overheating isn't too much of an issue unless you're idling thru peak hour or Sunday arvo traffic for around an hour. In that case, u could either go to the expense of custom fitting a larger unit from maybe a torana, or you could just hook up a pair of thermo's from a TP Magna for around $50 bucks from a wrecker and around $10 bucks for a thermal sensor to activate them automatically.
I'd guess once you've got the carb jetted right, extractors, exhaust, cam regrind or mild aftermarket jobby, you'd be making approx. 85 odd KW's at the fly. But it'll be your torque that you'll notice most - Trust Me, i did.
Cheers,

hey there,
lets see, Sams Performance will not even if u ask nicely rebuil u a stock motor..lol
For there package, thats all bottom end work, all head work, fitting and tuning, then depending on wehat carby set up u run, u r looking anywhere from 2500 to 3000 drive in drive out. This will get u anywhere from 125 to 170 hp at the fly, once again depending on carby
Hope this helps a bit
