Just wondering if anyone has had a g200 DOHC rebuilt or reconditioned?
After the rest of my car is done I may get mine recoditioned, mainly for piece of mind.
Anyone got a rough figure for how much I would expect to pay to get one rebuilt, stock standard, no mods. Keep in mind at the moment it runs fine and theres nothing majorly wrong with it.
Cheers. |

i cant give you an exact price becuase when i recondition my 1.8 DOHC i was missing half the parts. but i would be saying about $2500 - $3000 if it is already got all the parts. |

does that include machining too? mine is a complete rebuilt. rebuilt head and block. not just replacing gaskets and bearings |

Was that done at just geminis ?
I'd prolly just get a rebuild and replace any consumable parts as long as the head wasn't warped or anything, shouldn't be since the gaskets are all good and stuff now. |
