Just to anyone who was considering paying money to have their SL instrument panel replaced with the SL/X version (with tacho, oil pressure, volts, etc.). I rang an auto electricion and they were going to charge $150 to do it... fuck that. Nothing at all has to be changed for it to be installed, no additional wiring is needed. Just take out your old one and put the SL/X one in and put the plugs back as they were in the SL panel.

i got a zzr instument panel and replaced it with my sl instrument panel and u dont need to change anything at all its true and u dont need the oil sender on it mine worked as soon as i put it in...all i had to to was adjust the heat gauge |

You have to change the oil sensor unit on the side of the motor, or your oil guage has a wrong reading |
