when the car is switched off does the RPM needle sit on or below 0 rpm. If it sits on 0 rpm i have a problem. How would you go about adjusting the needle? |

i think it would sit below or rest on a stopper somewhere cause there is no power to it it cannot sit up. |

Take the clear plastic cover off and move the needle anti-clockwise until u get it to sit on 0. |
