I used to get that in my TC but only hard left corners, hard right corners weren't a problem. Haven't had that problem since I changed to twin webers but I changed a few other things at the same time so I couldn't single out what was doing it... perhaps the float chamber overflowing?? I thought maybe fuel surges but I still dont have a surge tank and I dont get it anymore. Or perhaps it was fuel surge but since I now have much larger fuel chambers and a second fuel it doesnt affect me. ?? |

YEAH it is the left hand corners that kill it I guess its cause the fuel outlet of the tank is on the left hand side of the car. So on a left hander the fuel rushes to the right leaving the pump sucing air. How can this be fixed cause a surge tank set up is expensive isnt it? |

Nah, surge tanks aren't very expensive. Depends if you know of someone with a welder that can make you one or if you buy a commercially available one I guess |

Get some carby cleaner and spray it in your carby. Mine doesn't do it anymore since I did that, but i am still getting my weber put on anyway. |
