if thats all you want it for then its not wworth it... the vl disc assembly bolts up to the td onwards diff bolt for bolt.... and there are rumours that the lsd can be fitted to the diff aswell... |

I've emailed you boys.
Why would you have to use VL bearings on gemini axles? If you have to use VL axles, aren't they longer than gem ones?
What about barke balance with the standard proportioning valve, I take it you boys have done this conversion, and have converted the fronts as well, I know your front setup gene, how does it go with disks on rear?

everything bolts straight on, except u need blank disks drilled to 4x100.
im 1/2 way through doing it and have spoken to 2 ppl who have done it b4. 1 of them said u need to used VL axel bearings on the gemini axels. the other said u need a shim behind the ael bearings.
im first goin to try the vl bearings if not i will put the shim in. this is to move the disk into the center of the calaper.
no i dont know how good it works at the moment as my cars not on the ground hehe. im going to put a proportioning valve b4 the rear braks to adjust for the rear disks, but i am going to be running a falcon disk disk booster/master cylinder if i can get it to work (iv seen it done a few times and it is suppose to bolt straight on). _________________
