hey adam, could you perhaps slot the rules for the r&d forum at the top OF the r&d forum? in case people miss them the first time; i know itll put gene out of a job but he'll get over it with some time.

no, he holds a very important position- he weeds out the dumbarses and tells them where to go. i reckon itd be easier just to hoik the rules inside the forum so that theyre in plain view.

i dont think it would work....not everyone reads rules especially the target market hotgemini attracts...young people who are impatient and dont read rules and conditions blah blah...but nonetheless it is better to the rules at the top rather than whereever it is

when ever u click R&D it should have a page come up with the rules and u have to click ACCEPT to continue into the forum;) then theres no excuse.
or maybe just when ever you click "new message" in R&D
im getting sik of searching for the rules every time to cut and paste it to some weed
