Im after a piazza head so i can get it ported and polished so i dont have to have my car off the road and so i can bolt it back up easily. |

why not use a 2.6 rodeo head? they already have bigger ports AND bigger valves. bolts straight on, use the standard piazza inlet/exhaust manifold and piazza timing belt. it will also lower the compression which means MORE BOOOOST =) |

thinking maybe around $100. What you think.
I'll use my g161 head on my g161 motor
The piazza motors in my shed but only good for parts now. Injection gear is all in top nick though if you want any of that. And have most of the ancillaries for the engine if you happen to want those.

Yeah anthony its true, might be better to work a 4ze1 head, could be worth asking on that isuzu forum they'll know if its doable |

That doesn't say anything about putting a 4ZE1 head on a 4ZC1 block. The problem is that the combustion chambers are of a greater diameter on a 4ze1 to match the bigger bore.. Dont think the head gasket will like that too much. |
