Hey, hows it going
I just went to autobarn looking at cams and the guy there rang crow cams and he said any cam over 20/60 won't fit in my car unless i port the head. is this true?

dont think its true cause i had a 35/75 in my car for two years with no port work.

dont take my word thou.

cool, cheers, i'll double check anyway. what cam do u think i should go for? i have a 32/36 weber, extractors, 2 inch exhaust on a g161. would a 25/65 be enough?

i cant see how porting a head is gonna do anything to effect any type of cam fiting?! WTF

30/70 seems to be pritty populare, but i went from a 30/70 to a 31/76 and it was heaps beter

its to go in a 1.6.... how about a 25/65? do you have to use heavy duty springs?

How does the rest of the engine hold up with the extra rpm? wouldnt the stock bottom end get abit fucked from over revving?

yeah i got a 35/75 and its nice and lumpy

but go at least 30/70 i reckon

i had a 33/63 and a 39/65 and now i have a 44/74 cam
the 33/63 was a good cam started pulling about 3 grand all the way to 6000 and the next was good to about 6500 and didnt really affect cruising
the 44/74 cam i dunno about i havent even started the motor yet

my 31/76 cam on about 3200 and went to about 6200 if that helps?
