rice is mods that dont improve the power of the car. just make it "look good"
ie: neons, poofy body kits, stickers of shit u dont even have on ya car (HKS, NISMO,APEX etc..) etc...

It comes from all the asian cars that ALL have thos stupid mods... Fluero mud flaps and windscreen wipers, all that crap plus the stuff Gene also mentioned

the term rice is so over used it's not funny we just went through the whole neon phase 20 times faster than the us
now when some likes somethig different on there car someone will call it rice

how about we call rice like i dunno
we see it in different ways i guess
