Is it possible or even worthwhile to run a g180w head on a g200w ? Will it raise the compression any ? Or are the heads the same ?
I did a search but could only find the usual "will a dohc head fit on a sohc block" question. |

go to your local spare parts dealer and see if the part number for a 1.8 and 2L dohc head gaskets are the same |

Spare parts dealers have no idea what a 4ZC1-T is let alone an engine which was never sold in australia.. |

The 1.8 head has a smaller combustion chamber so this should raise the compression slightly. I have cc figures somewhere at home but I would have to look for them. The 1.8 has a 84mm bore and the 2lt has a 86 mm bore. The heads are definately different.
