I dont know of anybody that sells blow through kits like what you are after. You really have to do it all yourself, whilst buying some bits off the shelf.
Take your standard engine, take off exhaust manifold, bolt on turbo manifold and turbo, hook up an oil line, make a drain to sump. Make a box to replace air cleaner, so that you can pressurise the intake to the carby. Devise a system that increases fuel pressure as boost pressure rises. The easiest way to do this is get a malpassi rising rate regulator and an efi pump, so that you can adjust your base fuel pressure to about 7psi, and you get a rise as boost comes on.
Obviously, it sounds simple, but there is a bit more to it, that you will find along the way. And it takes about 8 times longer than you could imagine to bolt it all together and make the bits, etc. Will probably cost you twice as much by the time you finish, as well. But by the end of it, you will have a lot more knowledge if you stick to it, and it will be very satisfying to have a quick car that you did yourself.
