hooked my new tacho up and it seems to work when my foot is down but as soon as u let off it drops off to zero and jumps around alot (reads higher than what it is and lower). also works fine occasionaly at idle but jumps around heaps. I think it may be the coil but i dont want to replace it if it is fine. (the tacho works fine i think as when it works it is perfect).
thanks,
danny |

what kind of tacho is it ???
if it has 4,6,and 8 cyl settings make sure its set for a 4 cylinder
and the only other thing is you may have to get this switch i cant remember what the fuck it does but it stopped that from happening on my mates gem something to do with the coil i think i cant rememebr |
