hey i ask in da parts forum,(accidentaly) if u kno if u need to modify a TX coupe engine bay for a SR20DET as in do u need to move the fire wall or do anything to the shocker towers?
PLEASE HELP!!! |

Unless you have lots of money to spend (easily more than $10000), dont bother. The car has to be inspected by an engineer, and if its not in mint condition with nothing wrong with it, no rust etc. It wont pass at all. Just turbo a G161, they go hard enough and they last forever. |

Its not an overgreatlty conversion to do,
position the motor in a firm spot and knock up mounts to suit resepctively, the standard sump will clear and a stock S13 setup will fit in there, trans tunnel is fine
with the clutch setup a WRX reverse pedal box is adequate, to what i have been informed,
ring a shop mate!! |

u have to cut the front of a s13 and weld it on to the gemini then glue the gemini gaurdes to that.
