I am helping a friend rebuild his 1600. Can anyway tell me the torque wrench settings and in what stages, to do the crankshaft bolts up to?

going from memory i think the main bearing bolts are 98Nm, connecting rod nuts 45Nm, crankshaft pulley bolt 118Nm, cylinder head 68Nm, 81Nm, 98Nm, rocker shaft bracket nuts 25Nm, Flywheel bolts 95Nm. |

Dont forget to use new nuts on the rod bolts, they are not expensive. |

gee.. sorry for using my brain. If you really want to get picky though, according to gregorys the rocker shaft brcket nuts should be 24Nm, Flywheel bolts 94Nm and the cylinder head torqued up to 85, 100Nm. |
